Web Application Portal used by the users and hotel companies to search and book the rooms for stay. It has three actors –

1. Hotel
2. User
3. Admin

Admin

Admin is reponsible for managing entire application from configuring the masters to report generation. It will have following functionalities –

1. Configure Tax
2. Create Masters State, Country, City
3. Activate / DeActivate Hotels
4. Activate / DeActivate Users

Hotel

Hotel will have two users hotel admin and operator. Where hotel admin is reponsible for configuring hotel details and operator is reponsible for generation of bill.

Hotel Admin:-

Hotel admin can do the following things –

• Login, Registration, Change Password, Logout
• Hotel Strucutre: – Buildings, Floors
• Room Masters: – Room Category, Room , Beds, Room Charges
• Service Masters:- Hotel Service Category, Hotel Service
• Offers/ Discounts
• Hotel Profile
• Photo Gallery
• Manage Operators

Hotel Operator:-

Hotel Operator is reponsible for following things –

• Hotel Room Calendar
• Off Line Bookings:- Advance Booking, Payments, Booking Cancellation
• Check In:- Check In Guest, Check Out , Final Payment and Billing.
• Billing & Payments
• View Complaints and add Solutions

User:-

User will search and book the hotel rooms. User can do the following things –

• Login, Registration, Change Password, Logout.
• Search Room, Book Room, Make Payment, Rate Room
• View Booking History, Payment, Cancel Booking.
• Room Complaint, Solutions.

Last part will be, portal where we can display the hotel details, rooms, searching , sorting , offers and discount.
